What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are flat-rate, but we offer free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 7 days of delivery if it has the original tags attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own to compare against our dimensions to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan, as well as secure online payments via Credit/Debit cards and EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, slight variations may occur.
